It started with a simple observation: The functional mushroom industry was broken. Most products on the market were little more than oat grain sprayed with spores, stuffed into capsules, and sold with exaggerated health claims.
We knew the science. Beta-glucans are the natural compounds in mushrooms that most of the research looks at, and they sit inside cell walls tough enough to pass straight through you. Grind a mushroom into powder and those walls stay shut. Extraction is what opens them.
