Strong recommend, one warning
Excellent product. One warning: do not leave the jar in your car in summer. Learned this in a Phoenix parking lot. What I poured back into the jar still works fine but it was a scene. Four stars, one melted dignity.

Very effective, jar lid battles me
The energy and recovery benefits are real and welcome at 70. The resin, however, occasionally glues the lid down like it is guarding treasure, and my hands are not what they were. A rubber grip pad solved it. Four stars, would be five with a wider, kinder lid.

Three rounds of mitts used to leave me hanging on the ropes and the young guys knew it. I can go six now. The difference is not wind exactly, it is that my legs stay under me in the later rounds. Coach asked what changed and now half the gym drinks earthy coffee before class.
