Immunity plus a real energy floor
The turkey tail keeps me healthy and the shilajit keeps me upright, which for a man working two jobs is exactly the combination required. Earthy taste, disappears in coffee, and I have not lost a shift to illness since I started. Best sixty dollars in my routine.

Very good, please include a small spoon
The results have been excellent and my health through a difficult season was better than my husband's, and he is eight years younger. My only complaint is a practical one for older hands: the resin is thick and my regular teaspoon is too flimsy, I bent one. I have since bought a sturdy little spoon that lives in the jar, but including one would be a kindness.
